Make a privacy request
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with you, request correction, request deletion, or ask a question about how Lantern handles information.

What to include
Please describe the request clearly and include enough information for us to understand what you are asking. For security, we may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.
Deletion requests
If you want information associated with you deleted, state that explicitly in your message. We will evaluate the request based on the information we maintain, applicable law, security requirements, and any legitimate retention obligations.
Support communications
If your request relates to a support email you previously sent, include the email address used for that communication so we can locate the relevant correspondence.
